Cutoff Birth Date for Kindergarten Enrollment Moved to August 1st

(SPRINGFIELD, Ky.) – The birthday cutoff for entrance into kindergarten is being changed to August 1st, two months earlier than what the previous cutoff, October 1st as a result of House Bill 235.
