Cradle School Concludes for the Fall Season

The last day of Cradle School was so much fun! Ione Pinkston, from the Washington County Library came by and read some awesome Halloween books with the kids. She also did a Halloween sing along which was a hit! While the kids were having a blast in the classroom, Jessica Bickett from Lincoln Trail discussed car seat safety with the parents and provided them with all kinds of good resources….

Fred Gross to Speak on his Holocaust Memoir at Washington County Public Library

 Holocaust survivor and author Fred Gross will be speaking about his book, One Step Ahead of Hitler: A Jewish Child’s Journey Through France, on Nov. 14 at 5:30 p.m. at the Washington County Public Library in Springfield. Halloween Comes to WCES

Washington County Elementary and Washington County Preschool had a great time sharing our costumes and our plans for the evening yesterday!  The kids had a great time seeing each other in costume and the teachers enjoyed it, too!
