I am looking forward to working with the students, parents and staff of Washington County Elementary School.”

“We are looking forward to welcoming Ms. Foster into our WCES family,” says Dr. Jennifer Miller, principal at the school. “We feel very confident that her extensive experience, in a school office setting, will allow her to hit the ground running.
