INSURANCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Washington County Board of Education is seeking proposals for insurance coverage including student accident and a performance bond beginning July 1, 2018, 12:01 a.m. through July 1, 2019 12:01 a.m.  Quotes shall be returned to Judy Spalding no later than 2:00 pm EST on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at which time they will be opened.  Electronic submissions are prohibited.  Mailing address:  120 Mackville Hill, Springfield, KY  40069.

A packet will be available upon request to judy.spalding@washington.kyschools.us and includes  1) Property Schedule 2) 5-year of loss run records for all coverage 3) 3-year Workers Compensation Audit 4) Fleet Schedule 5) Payroll & Other information 6) current insurance policies.  A narrative may be provided detailing additional services such as training and loss run controls and experience with school districts.  This will be considered in conjunction with the quotes.

Note:  Various coverage for student accident will be considered including voluntary coverage as well as athletic coverage only.  Washington County Board of Education has the right to reject any and all bids.  Bids will be considered individually and as a package.  All bids must meet all applicable laws and regulations required for Kentucky school districts.  Questions should be directed to Judy Spalding at 859.336.5470 ext. 2220.
