Registration for Washington County Schools’ 2018 Summer Academy is now available! The deadline to turn in registration forms is May 11, 2018. Forms will be sent home with K-8 students this week and will also be available at your child’s school or at the Washington County Board of Education Central Office.

Three WCHS Juniors Accepted into Governor’s Scholars Program

(SPRINGFIELD, Ky.) – Lydia Smith, Jacob Smith and Kate Moore, all juniors at Washington County High School, have been accepted into the Kentucky Governor’s Scholars Program, according to an announcement from Superintendent Dr. J. Robin Cochran. The Governor’s Scholar Program, which originated in 1983, is a summer residential program for outstanding high school students in Kentucky.
